B/W has my preferred for this picture. In my opinion it fits better with a cemetery.

The black and white brings out the shapes and patterns made by the headstones and the clouds in the sky. Normally, I lean to black and white but something about the blue sky somehow adds something--life?--to the shot that makes me say, I prefer the colour shot on this one.

I like this b&w one better in the absolute but the color one is more talking about where they rest in the nature, with the trees and a beautiful blue sky... !
