Carpenter Farm Supply Co.

Clearly identified as being formed in 1885, this store was several miles out in the country from what was then the tiny town of Cary NC. Today it is solidly inside the borders of the town. The inside as well as the outside continue the atmosphere of the old country store. The store is currently run by a Carpenter who is a direct descendant of the founder.

Great old building. Happy to see it is still in the family. Kind of reminds me of the store from the Waltons.
