The bow of this boat was across a small path from Tangier Oil. You can see the rusty blue door I posted a close-up of along the right edge. This seems an unusually masculine name for a boat.

Records show her to be a 58-foot commercial fishing vessel . . but note the spelling is 'Delvin K' ! She looks to have seen some years.
