Yellow feet

tI can't identify this bird, but I'll bet some of my viewers can. Its yellow feet and eye markings are distinctive, and that long stride reminds me of Grocho Marx.

What an amazing bird. Love the yellow on his beak and feet and back of his legs. Can't imagine what evolutionary benefit they might have.
