I've never seen this kind of asphalt siding deteriorate like this - almost like it was glued up in brick-like pieces rather than with a roll. The garage seemed to be used for storage, no longer a retail establishment.

It definitely creates a nice texture and pattern. I think it is interesting how the roof is slanted and how far back the door was placed. Wonderful old advertising.
