Just a few steps from where I shot yesterday's horizon, I focused my attention on the sand. The tide was going out, though it was a long way until low tide. The low angled sun left some sparkle in the wet sand. The lines are the natural channels chosen by the receding water. The small round "pocks," or holes, indicate tiny shellfish filtering the ebb and flow. Again, this is minimally processed, almost straight from the camera.
