Chinese vegetables

Several vendors were selling this vegetable, but I have no idea what it is.

Il s'agit du pitaya ou fruit du dragon c'est un fruit de la même famille que les cactus. Le pitaya ne plaira pas à tous les palais car son goût est peu prononcé quoique légèrement sucré. Sa texture ressemble à celle du kiwi. Toutefois, sa saveur change en fonction du type du fruit, celui à la chair rouge serait plus accentuée.

Très jolie compo avec cette belle couleur rouge !
