receding waves

Driving a bit south from where I shot yesterday's splash, I parked in a lot identified as Montara Sttate Beach. The relatively flat approach to the shore allowed me to focus on the patterns the receding waves created. Again with my IR camera at 720nm.

The waves are clearly smaller than yesterday.

@Jypyä Pop: Yesterday I caught the waves as they crashed into the shore giving up their energy. Today's shot is after the waves as the water flows back into the sea.

Toute la puissance de la mer se dégage de cette photographie.

Splashing all the time tires both the waves and the humans. Good receding time.

A beautiful view of this ocean shore.
The IR treatment almost makes you guess the flow of currents on the surface of the water.

The sea seen in infrared totally changes its appearance!
Great capture, great idea.

Beautiful ! Less wild than the previous but very nice nuances and patterns.

Infrared photography transforms the landscape, revealing hidden details and shapes that would otherwise go unnoticed. The ordinary becomes extraordinary, and the familiar becomes mysterious.

The infrared look produces nice contrast in the wave patterns. There is also nice definition in the cliff.
